GUIZE! MY EDGE BROKE!! I DON'T KNOW WHY!! I WAS JUST SKIING POW WITH LITTLE BASE, JUST HITTING HIDDEN ROCKS AND SHIT. SURFACE SUCKS AND SHOULD WARRANTY THIS. IT'S THEIR FAULT!
In all seriousness though.... I was joking. Surface is legit. I love their skis. I love my One Lifes more than anything else I own. I practically puked when I saw this damage.
The One Life is the most solid, stable, maneuverable, anything and everything versatile ski I have ever owned. When I get a chance, I'm getting a new pair of One Lifes instead of a park ski. I have not had a single problem with these skis. Sure, Surface seems to have park ski problems, but I haven't heard anything bad about their other skis.
I recommend Surface to anyone.
As for OP, the Green Lifes are the same mold, flex and dimensions as the Watch Life, but using recycled materials instead, such as bases and sidewall. Not just a different topsheet.
People do need to get over the fact that topsheet damage does occur, as does edge cracking. Deal with it.
