Does anyone know if they are any good i want to get a pair because i want almost an all park ski to kill wit?

TRYINg to sell my other skis they're rossignol Scratch Sprayer BC from 2006 not bad all mountain but i want a straight up park ski looking for someone to but em......!!

i have 08/09 dumonts, i really like em but when i hold them without gloves fiberglass cuts up my hands coz its so chipped

Ok heres the deal. First of all you should put this thread in the gear talk forum you will get more and better answers there. Next when making a thread like thisyou want to add a few things like: your hight/weight what kind of skiing you do (jumps/rails) and your ability because lets face it. if all you are doing is 360s off of little jumps there is no need to shell out tons of money for a ski (i am not saying that you are not a good skiier i am just saying) also any personal prefrences you like for example rocker or cap instead of sidewall. With this being said here is my opinion on the skis. I WILL NEVER BUY SALOMAN. they are known for HORRIBLE durability. They are incredible skis for the month you have them but after the fall apart they are just waisted money. The edge armore that is meant to protect the skis actually hurts them. wile your edges wont fall of it ends up tearing the ski in half they destroy the bases and the core. good idea bad result. THe new salomon skis for this year are made in a new factory that isnt in china so there could be a lot of changes but i do not know. My last peice of advise that i will give you is not to trust reviews given by websites that sell salomon. they pay good money to distributers for marketing so u cant trust most of there reviews. search bar the skis on this site and see what comes up. I hope this isnt an overload of info but it is my best response that i can give you. Good luck finding skis bro

Three things, Never take advice from somebody who spells it advise.^

Also, those are sick skis, don't listen to these guys. I still haven't skied a ski I liked as much as the Dumonts from the model before that, but the 09s are solid.

Third, google shopping that.

this, I have skied Salomon the last 3 years including this one and this will be my last. Yeah they make a great ski but they fall apart so easy. On my 09 Dumonts the edge came out first time skiing on them, but I was hitting rails to there went my warranty. Now I have the 2011 Suspects and I already have two top sheet ships the size of a half dollar and it continues to peel. I wouldn't recommend them but some people seem to love them.......

Srry for the improper spelling but seriously how much were u planning to pay for them cuz if it's a sick deal I might say go for it so u can buy another pair when it breaks, no joke they are great skis, until they break so if u have u get a great deal u should consider it but I would look at armada and liberty first before u buy a salomon

Yeah why? People Buy salomon because its SALOMON omg its cool , but no . Buy durable skis that's it .  i bought the dumonts because i had a deal on them. But now i realise that iit wasnt a good investment
