Buckle problem with Full Tilt Booters

so i just got my booters in and when ever i have them buckled up and i flex forward the middle buckle seems to always pop up..... im wondering if anyone else has had this problem or if its just me..
also any ideas on fixing it?

take them back to the retailer. they will have a fix for you.
there's a small shim that needs to be installed under the middle buckle to solve the problem.

one problem... i got them off of backcountry... the shop i wanted to buy them from was like 6 hours away

that's unfortunate. as i've said in the past, there's advantages to buying in Canada.

best thing I can suggest is getting in touch with backcountry.com and see if they can send you a set. typically, the retailers only have enough for their own stock

im doing that right now... they have pretty much said that we can only take your money back so i think im going to try emailing fulltilt and the shop was in the states anyways
