Replying to Bulldozer Rampage in Colorado

A resident of Granby, CO drove an armored bulldozer into Granby and started tearing down buildings. The guy destroyed the city hall building, a newspaper office, a new bank, a concrete plant, xcel energy office building, electrical plant, and a hardware store. He has a machine gun inside the bulldozer. Police, SWAT, and CSP haven't been able to get through the armor plating. Crazy stuff I tell you
