MOUNTING ?!

Hey guys, so i just picked up a pair of 173 atomic punx, i have never owned a park dedicated ski. So my question is; should i get them center mounted, or back a little. As i have never rode a center mounted ski and dont want to have to learn.

specs.
2011 Atomic Punx 173
rider is 5’7
135 pounds.
and will be skiing mostly park on them.

center mount..Easier to hit rails, obviously- land switch. Will make your park experience better + if your not gonna be using this ski for pretty anything else. What do you have to lose?

They're fully symmetrical, so center mounting is the best option

I love having center mounted skis, but I have invaders and they're meant to be center mounted. I would probably just go with where their supposed to be mounted...if you get real into park grab a pair of skis made to be center mounted.

+1 for fully symmetrical so mount them dead in the middle.

It's the only marked mounting point on them, I believe.

if your ridin park go for center, if you plan on hittin the whole mountain go back one or two, a little either way wont throw you off too bad in the park but it'll give you more control on the rest of mountain. shoulda got thoses markers that adjust man then you got the best of both worlds

its already been said, but definately centre mount. i tried on my old rossi scratches that are mounted back and it was just terrible after using center mount

kids super legit!ski with him all the time....but ive been getting a little better at park and told him to just get them mounted ware there supposed to be. i have shizos on my all moutain ski so i have no problem with mounting

They're symmetrical, they're made to mount center.
