NS, I need your help. I don't know SHIT about the construction of rails or park features but I'm a welder and fabricator, so I've been put in charge of building the rails for the backyard of our ski share house.
I raided the scrap pile at the shop and pulled out some 2x3 rectangle tubing for the flat rails but I want to get the opinions of peeps who hit this all day about what they'd want from here on out. It's going to be primarily bungee features, so just a few questions...
How high off the ground should this be, and just leave it horizontal or put a slope on it?
Should I taper the end of the tubing or cap it straight?
How long should it be (approximately)? I think I have enough to make a 12' section as it stands now.
Thanks in advance for any info. I hate wasting time making shit the wrong way, so figured I'd ask NS first. I'll post pics of the build and the setup, and if all goes well I have a bunch of pipe for kink or rainbows, etc. but that's another project...
