Replying to We've got a problem.. And its a ski shop
Okay so here's the story:
I brought in my skis last week tuesday along with 2 of my friends to be remounted, sharpened, tuned, waxed.. You get the point I needed a remount was the important part. This guy tells me he'd finish them by Friday or Saturday. He doesn't have them done.. I don't need them yet so no big.. Yesterday (wednesday) my 2 friends went and picked theirs up and brought them home. Upon further review however, one friends skis have been mounted at 0 and +2. Yeahhh one is mounted different than the other.. The other friend has a lobsided mount and the screw hole previously used haven't been filled.. Mine I have not picked up yet but I have been told by my friends who went back that mine are loose and lobsided...
So the problem is I'm going skiing this weekend. Should we bring our skis back and get the incompent tech to mount them again or take them somewhere where I might not get them by this weekend.... Also is it right to demand a refund from the guy or what.. All the times I've gone other places I've never had this happen.. Any help would be great..
