Replying to Possible Pulled Over NSer Sighting - NH

Alright so I was on my way to Pats Peak with some friends, and we saw what looked like a dark colored sedan pulled over by a cop on the side of the highway, and we saw 3 kids who might have been NSers standing outside of the car, one of them was wearing the red/brown/white orage jacket from last year. Just seeing if this was anyone on here and what happened because it looked like an interesting situation haha
