A quick word on blocking ads

Okay here is the coles notes version:
Last season I ordered by 5x7 pass on-line. It came in the mail with a nice little coupon book & calender, inside the coupon book was a free ticket to Mt.Tremblant.
This season, re-new my pass at the Toronto Ski Show (instead of on-line), they do not have a coupon book, so I figure I will get it in the mail. My buddy ordered his pass on-line this year, got his pass 2 weeks ago, including the coupon booklet & a free ticket to Mt. Tremblant.
Blue Mtn, has not answered my e-mail about this, and but if they are not sending me that free ticket, because I purchased at the Ski Show instead of on-line, I'm gonna be pissed & start making some calls.
My question is, has anyone got their pass coupon booklet in the mail yet?
