What do you think about my friend's band?

They have 1 song so far that they've recorded. He is the singer and the rhythm guitarist. Oh and their drummer has been playing for about 3 weeks haha.

i thought the song was decent, but there were some spots that sounded a little off to me. the recording quality is sick though!

I'm pretty impressed. They're a lot better than your average amateur band. There's a few spots that need some polish but overall they sounded really good. I can definitely see them really going somewhere in a couple years.

tell them to get a better drummer.  not bad for three weeks, but he's got a longggggg way to go.  he'll drag em down pretty quick.

I quite like it, but I agree that with a better drummer it would sound so much better as a whole.

I really like the singers voice though, its nice and chill.

haha, the drummers a pretty damn talented musician if he's only played for 3 weeks. but he doesn't really know what to do with himself it sounds like. it's not bad, i'd definitely listen to a few more songs if they had them, they have potential i think.

Yeah the drummer brings them down but the band is all about having fun to them and they're all best friends

my question is why would they even let a guy who's been drumming for three weeks into the band? That seems like an over-all unethical thing to do.




Unless he is incredibly rich and can pay for nice recording.....

Well like i said, they are all best friends. Also they didn't have a drummer 3 days before our schools talent show so he said he would give it a shot. they recorded the song like last week which is about a week after the talent show

that was quite good and the drummer wasn't that bad he just needs experience, he will excel fast if he plays with a band of this caliber.
