typically all PSIA instructors get a pro form, and Armada does have one for said instructors.

also if your not a ski instructor, techs also get pro deals as well when you do company certifications and through stores if you finish online exams. i get sick deals :)

It's usually done through an Armada dealer. They have the forms (or can get them from Tyson at Armada) and the skis will be shipped to the dealer.
