Afterbangs or Masterminds?

im trying to decide between getting masterminds or afterbangs. i have the elizabeths which i love but are heavy and not as park oriented for what im looking for. let me know what you guys think

Afterbang is more of a jib oriented ski, pretty durable for lighter skiers.

Mastermind is more of an intro/ jump oriented ski. Cap construction, so not right the torsional rigidity.

Do you like jumps or rails more? How much to you weigh?

im 6'2" 195. im pretty sure im going with the afterbangs. ive been talking to my friend and i was pretty set on them before. i just figured id give the masterminds a look

Don't go with the Abangs
They will be too soft for some one of your stature
If I were you, then I would go with the step ups
They are the same geometrey, construction, etc., but they are stiffer
and they come in a bigger size
Get the 184 step ups they will kill it on rails and jumps

I definitely agree with that; at your size you would be much happier on the step ups.
