so I get home from college and start working like 2 and a half weeks ago. bcstore.com's had uniform jackets on sale from 280 to like 86.99, and I've been waiting like 2 weeks for my paycheck to come in so I could buy one.

I emailed them and asked if they could put one aside in my side, and said they could put a hold on my credit card if I wanted. Customer service wrote back and said they can't do that, but why worry, no one buys down jackets in the summmer.

So gradually they sold out of my size in every color but black, and they had one left last night. Today my paycheck clears, I go to order one, but they sold the last fucking one in my size. Worst luck ever.

sucks to hear man..just keep lookin around on websites and on ebay..something will pop up...and its not bcstore's fault that someone bought it before you

it's not their fault it got bought, however they could have put one aside. That would be good service, and make me want to buy more shit from there. They still would have gotten the sale, just a few days later, from a more satisfied customer.

well u see thats how a buisness is run....if they had held onto the jacket for you, and u didnt buy it then its that much longer before they get it cleared out of their warehouse. in buisness the more room u have quicker to buy new things... the more money u make.

not exactly. for instance, you go to a restaurant and get bad service, frequently you'll get stuff knocked off the bill, or the whole meal free. The idea is that you'll be happy, and give them more business in the future. Similarly, while I realize they didn't have to hold a jacket for me, if they had, I would have been more likely to buy stuff from them in the future.

Boardtactics.com has been real friendly everytime I've dealt with them, so I like to buy stuff from there when I can.
