Not really. I believe transworld is as close as it gets. I feel bad for you boarders sometimes, but then I realize how lucky you are to not have 14 year olds influenced into wearing no helmets and tall tees past their knees. Although there are the 14 year old boarders who are apparently hesh in their skinny jeans and sandbox helmets. It's not nearly as bad as skiing though.

and I'm pretty sure those shreddy times guys are all on easyloungin too. All of the guys in the shreddy times are the snowbaorder's equivalent of a typical ns'er.

Saga/jiberish = analog

salomon = burton (except easyloungin people like burton)

tall tee/tall fit = the analog signature fit

JJs = Burton fish

full tilts = burton/thirtytwo

but ive got 4 years on the 14 year old stereotype.

if any snowboarders are really looking for a snowboarder only forum go to yobeat.com and post alot. they are trying to start a forum over there and it could be sick, but its dying almost as fast as its coming to life. plus you get free stickers if you make 30 (quality) posts.

we've got snowboarders in the air, but they definitely have us bested on rails. shit is so fucking smooth and stylish.

i hate watching boarder tricks in the air though. it looks so fucking boring, and toward the end of their rotation they always pop in the little ballerina twirl to tack an extra 180 on..

Skiers do that lil ballerina twirl just as much as snowboarders do and all they are doing is finishing the spin after releasing the grab. We dont have the luxury of spreading our legs to stop our spin.

HEy this is a steezy site, Shreddy Times. I just wish there was a NS that was mainly Snowboard not as much ski which is what NS is(Ski) if anyone knows a site that fits this discription let me in on it. Cheers!

well in the industry pretty much every pro hates him for his ego.

I personally think hes a pipe jock with zero style, amazing tricks and not one ounce of compassion for our sport. As long as hes getting the pay check and publicity he could give a rats ass about snowboarding.


But ive never met the guy so what do I know.

Thought I would give a bump to this. Danny Toumarkine, one of the originators of Shreddy Times and an amazing snowboarder, is currently in the ICU from a head injury suffered in Montana. He was rushed into surgery but seems to be stable currently

I wish there was a snowboarders equivalent of NS's. Nothing seems as nice as here, good layout and plenty of updates. I also like learning about the skiing world, cool stuff.
