Makeshift Banshee Bungee?

How do I make one?
I don't want to drop 200 dollars on 3 bungee cords and a waterski rope handle.
+k for help and and legit websites that sell suppllies
I have heard about medical grade bungee but I googled it and can't find anything long enough.

we sold these in our shop. we tied one to one end of the room, then put a kid on a bike with training wheels and had him bring it all the way to the other side. we almost did some damage to the kid and the shop

what the fuck is medical grade bungee?

I have only heard it on Ns reffered to as Medical grasde bungee cords but this came up with better search results

Yeah join it, it cost the guy like $35 and it was made out of bike inner tubes.

Twist two rubber bungee cords together http://www.amazon.com/Solid-Rubber-Shock-Bungee-included/dp/B001KZZ6AS attach several zip-ties about every 3 feet and attach a handle on the end. Good to go!
