First off a little bit about me.
Hello, my name is Cam and I ski in the East coast. I am an ADVANCE TYPE 3+ SKIER that skis everything. but, what I'm looking for in this future pair of skis is a ski that can handle park, groomers, powder,moguls, trees, steeps, legitimately everything. I am 14 6'4, 250 pounds. i like a ski with a medium-stiff flex.
Would these skis suit me?
How durable are they?
Does anyone have any reviews?
I am looking at them in a 192 cm length

the coax is an awesome ski. a little bit wider than your everyday park ski, but if youre looking for something to do it all, thats definitely an awesome choice. theyre not symmetrical in flex or sidecut, so you can mount em a few back and get awesome all mountain performance.

the stiffness is similar to the punx, but bit burlier. light and snappy all the way through, but plenty tough to rail on groomers or charge through crud. its probably my favorite all mountain ski out right now, and its definitely a perfect go to for skiing everything. plus the graphics for 10/11 are absolutely incredible.

Ok thank you. These sound like a great ski for me then. One more question. How would they be for half park and half everything else if I mounted them directly between team and center or just at center?

"center" as marked on the ski isnt true center. its probably like 2 or 3 back. its just in reference to the sidecut. i had them at team and they ripped, but if youre skiing half park, especially if youre on the east, i think you should go with center. theyre still going to rip in deep snow and you wont have to worry about diving, but itll just five you a bit more versatility skiing switch. if youre looking to get shreddy on groomers often though, you might be happier with sticking with team. youre not going to lose much as far as skiing switch goes, but there will be a bit of a tradeoff. its just the give and take that comes with bumping the mount up some.
