I'm sorry, but you have to be exaggerating. I live in DC and not only do we get off for more than 4 inches of snow, but I am quite sure that crime rates are not a reason to cancel school. You think Philly would be stupid enough to endanger thousands of kids by making them go to school when we all know that no one south of new york can handle more than a few inches? Prove to me that you had school during last year's storm, and I will believe you.
