I'm a pretty good student and have never guessed on a test before let alone a unit test but my friend did and it turns out that he was pretty lucky. It was a grade twelve unit test and he really doesn't care too much about the class. He already knows that he's probably going to fail so when I told him that our trig test was today he randomly guessed, put "1" for all the numerical responses but the one he knew (there were four and he got two of them right) and finished in ten minutes. When he got the test back on Friday he ended up with a 60% which I thought was amazing for just guessing. He almost beat the class average on the test which was 67% haha. Has something like this ever happened to any of you or someone that you know?
i do that too when i can, in english you can just say unrelated things and then have a final sentence that says: So basicallly because of my 100% fucking awsome arguments that kick ass, i win at life and get 10/10 or jesus will smite you. the teacher then says: OH! i see that your arguments re fucking awsome because you said that! 10/10 for you!
but on a chemistry/physics/math kind of test, you can't really bullshit about knowing anything, so drawing a whale is harmless
i walked into my bio class about halfway through this semester, solid 10 minutes late, only to find out we have a test. i had NO IDEA, sat down and did the few questions i did know. of 40 multiple choice questions i knew maybe five or so, and then just went down the scantron and bubbles random ass shit. i got 31 of 40 multiple choice perfectly correct. almost no long answer correct. but i did get a 71 on the test overall. i was in complete shock.
other than that i always try to study so i dont have to guess, i almost always guess wrong...
