these are the biggest fad at my school right now. Students have convinced themselves that they can smoke them in class because they're not cigarettes and it's got teachers/principals perplexed.

My friend has a electric one. Says they are really expensive and doesnt give you much of a buzz. They're usually used to get over the addiction of nicotine, which is probably why they are ineffective.

they arent smoke. what you inhale is essentially water vapor. it gives you nicotine and flavoring if you want it, without the tar and shittiness of cigs.

it makes a lot more sense, just like, synthetic nicotine that wont kill you, if these catch on smoking will be about as dangerous as drinking a cup of coffee.
