So, my friend has been having insanely bad migranes and finally went to a doctor about it. He found out that it was a long lasting concussion (?) from his football season. He has to go through 6 monthes of no physical activity and if he gets a blow to the head at all, small or big, he risks permanent brain damage to the point of being crippled mentally. Not only is he my best friend, he is also one of the only people i enjoy skiing with and one of the only other park skiers on my mountain. He and I literally do everything together, and knowing that I won't be able to ski with him all season is taking a toll on me, and knowing how much both he and I love skiing, I can't even imagine what he's feeling. He isn't allowed onto a computer or a cellphone until about four months into the recovery because before that would only prolong his healing.
