Flashes, HELP

So i shoot on a d40x and was thinking about getting a flash, i need help on what flash to get, what accesories, and anything else. LIke if i got a sb 600, or whatever model thats compatible with my d40x, will i need anything else? and if I wanted to do wireless shooting so my camera isnt connected to my flash what would i need, I know stuff about nikons, but never have used external flash. Oh and what flash would you recommend, i wont be shooting that intensely, but i will be using it for skating as well. + k as always, please help. thanks.

D40x doesnt have commander mode, so youll need some sort of triggers/cord. Whats your budget?

you tell me what a good budget is, i mean definately not over 500, but id prefer the 200-350 range..

Flash:
Nikon Sb 26 or 28, or vivitar 285 HV. they are relatively cheap and work great.

Triggers:
Yonguno Rf 602's. Look em up on ebay, they are pretty cheap and have awesome reviews. 100+ foot range, cheaper than pocket wizards or cybersyncs

depending on what flash you get you might need to get a special cord on ebay, probably like five bucks but the RF 602's have a funky connector.

lightstands:
a 6 or 8 foot manfrotto stand from B&H should serve you well. they are built solid and will do what you need them to do for $25-30

yonguno also makes flashes that have gotten decent reviews, and have ttl capabilities and the like for relatively cheap (100 ish).

you can still find 285's for cheap but 26's and 28's are pretty sought after now.
