depends... I think most do. an egg isn't an animal, and you don't have to kill a chicken to get a chicken egg. then again it's kind of a gray area. I think most vegetarians eat free run eggs if they do eat eggs

vegetarian = no meat or meat-derived products including seafood, gelatin, rennet
vegan = no animal products at all, including dairy, eggs, and products derived from dairy or eggs.

it seems like a lot of people i know who are or try to be vegetarian or vegan are looking for attention. that is fucking stupid. people can eat whatever they want, eggs, meat, grass, whatever. Really why are there these labels, just kinda dumb i think. I dont eat meat, and only eat eggs every once in a while, but i dont run around like a bitch trying to im press people, like "i cant eat that im a fuckin vegetarian". I just simply choose not to eat meat.

but i think within "vegetarianism" eating eggs is debatable.

and to everyone that thinks chicken eggs you eat are embryos, think about that. that would be gnarly. what if you got an egg that was almost fully developed and cracked that shit into your omelet?

I would say like 30% of all vegitarians are hipsters. 90% of vegitarians who proclaim it are hipsters. I think i could be a vegitarian with all they geneticley modified cows and pigs and shit. I watched a This American Life were they went inside a pig factory which had a biologicaly sealed border beacause the geneticly engeneered pigs are so fucked up and frail. It almost made me go vegitarian becasue it says the the farthest the pigs we eat in the US ever walk isfrom their tiny pen to the truck that takes them to be slaughtered. I think scientists should not play god and fuck around with nature. Just think about how complex and balanced nature is and how fragile it becomes when scientists go in their and fuck around with the perfect design of the earths animals. It pisses me off

If you wanna see something really fucked up, watch the film "food inc." its about the food industry and after watching that, i completely understand why people are vegetarian. The people who mass produce meat, treat the animals with absolutely no morals.
Instead of going vegetarian though, i try to eat local, free range meat that actually had a chance to live a life before being slaughtered

My parents actually raised me vegetarian. I dont give a shit about what other people eat. I fuckin love eggs. Believe it or not straight up meat is actually just not appetizing for me at all. It actually pisses me off, puts me in a bunch of awkward social situations.

I honestly get told Im a vegetarian more than I talk about it myself. Ill be making a dank lunch or something and my roommate will come out and say something like "thats a sweet veggie sandwich" or "I can that tell burger isnt real meat". It pisses me off, but I also understand why people hate on vegans, some people take it way too far.
