My skiboot liner has like a plasticy part that jabs into the top of my foot on the inside edge.
Really hurts, how can I fix this?

take your boot to a boot fitter and they'll fix it for you. If you bought them at the shop with the boot fitter, it'll most likely even be free...but if you ordered them online or at another shop, be prepared to pay a little for it.

Yep, go to a shop. You will be suprised at how much they can do to help you with boot issues.

The shop will just punch out the shell according to where it is putting pressure.
