I figured everyone can post updates in here throughout the year. I'm up their every weekend so I can update this a lot for people who are coming and want to know what to expect.

I got pics of the temporary set up that will most likely be here t'ill they make snow on the North Park or the Alpine bas park. Visibility is really poor because of the snowmaking right now.

First you start off with the choice of two small up-boxes here is a pic of the smaller one.

Now in the line you got the two best features right now, a flat log jib probably 18ft and the rainbow box at about 22ft.

To finish off the line you got a 15ft flat box and a 8ft butter box.

meh, thats not too bad, it could be much worse. its alright to practice on i guess. Any new on when some kind of jumps are gonna be made? or is there not nearly enough snow?

Couldn't tell you, Tremblant will be running the 24hr racing event next weekend which takes up most of the terrain. This temp park will be gone later this week and will be moved too the Northside park. If they have enough snow we will see some jumps if not then probably just some rails.

I would recommend not going to Tremblant this week or weekend because of this. You will probably be very disappointed.

Yeah, i wont be going im pretty busy, and skiing in the park when visibility is absolute crap is probably my least favorite thing to do.... so ill wait a little longer. maybe another week and a half

Get stoked 1 foot of snow fell today in Tremblant. Forecast looks prime. Christmas holidays are gonna be killer holla at me if you will be there, looking for people to ride with.

^prettyyy sure i saw you, i was in a purple 6.0 sweater with EG2s last years punx and cream snowpants.

I havent been to tremblant since i was 11 so me and my buddy got lost prettty fast. Couldnt even find the enterence to the 3 jib park. We got stuck at north so it was pretty shitty for us how ever we did end up getting drunk.

Around 20 cm between monday and tuesday fell. The park was being built on Alpine but the ice factor was high. Woods should be good to ski by January at this rate.

Oh Captain Tremblant. He means well but actually is horrible at filming and editing his videos.

Sunday was odd, while most of the mountain was getting rain, freezing rain and high winds, things around the LT lift actually accumulated a ton of snow. Once the lower lifts all closed and people got stuck in the village, it was great as about 100 of us lapped it all afternoon.

If you were up there we were the 2 guys in orange jackets maching highspeed laps under the chair then ducking into the closed section.

Great way to end the 24hr of tremblant weekend's skiing, hottubing and parties

Conditions were great yesterday. Hit up some of the closed runs and got some nice fresh. They got a jump on the north park now too and have a jib line also.

It goes down box, log jib, mellow rainbow

I'd say the jump was around 20 feet. Really nice landing.

i went up on thursday, the nothside park was really shaping up. out of the 3 consecutive jumps in the northside parc, one was fully ready and it looked real nice. i hope its ready for this comming week, if not by tomorrow. the little rail parc had some ok features, and one small jump big enough for 540s

north park has 4 jumps, a rainbow and the log with a flat rail in it. southside jib park has a down box, flat rail, flat box, up rail, butter box, and 2 small jumps.

Pretty much this but some changes:
Northpark:
-down box added to jib line 16ft

The Alpine park:( huge disappointment was hoping for bigger rails and boxes like last year, but shits small really small)

-Downbox is broken the coping bent on it, park guy said a groomer ran into it...


Better update though, snowmaking just started today on the South Side park. Also lots of skiing is opened (edge and almost the whole northside) some fresh pow if you got there first. If you still want some freshies duck under the rope on le soleil and just ski down one of the runs. The soleil lift is closed, but you can just take the casino gondala back to the base of the southside. It's worth it.

What's the nest way to do tremblant? ( lol do tremblant I sound like some new york woman in her late 20's) I'll be there for 3 days, have first track ticket, how do I get the most out of it's park and pow if there is any? Like which runs to go on and all that? And does it have tree skiing? Any secret stash sesh spots?

Well Febuary is one of the best times to go, but it can be really fuckin cold. So bring lots of stuff incase you get one of those -30 days.

If you have a first tracks ticket, I would only use them if it snows a decent amount. You are pretty much locked into 3 - 4 black diamond groomers if you go. If there is good snow head up there early though.

Something nice about going then is the park will be fully set-up. Get a park pass, it's $15 at Customer Service, you get a nice big line jumps along with about 15 different boxes and rails and a snowcross. The lift that services the park is a high speed quad so you can get alot of laps in there. There is also the northpark, but the jumps are a lot smaller and the lift is much slower.

If you are looking for tree skiing, check out the "edge" part of the mountain. It is all tree skiing with a nice slow lift. If you are looking for stashes you will have to know where to look or pm me ;)

The roller has now turned into a jump, along with some smaller jumps added to the top. New pics are still on the older link above.

It's going to be busy though starting tomorrow. The Duncan Chair is closed to the anticipated opening on the 29th, but could be longer. So the LT chair that services the North Park is flooded with people.
If you want to do park laps get up early and be at the Gondala as soon as it opens and get over to the Northpark. At about 10:00 it will be one long wait for the chair.

Lol that video played up a 15+ year old lift that got a new control panel.

Southside snowpark is looking strong for December 31st, I really think an opening on January 8th is possible. 2 decks for the jumps have been built, I don't know if we are going for 3 or 4 jumps this year. Here is some pictures of what the grooming team has done. Was really shaping up at the end of the day.

anyone know what happened to the kid who overshot the 3rd jump and landed flat on thursday? i was on the chair passing by and saw the whole thing happen. the kid didnt speed check once lol. i hope hes alright, he hit is head pretty bad.
