Binding question

What kind of bindings are they...

On the heel piece there will either be a phillips head screw, just screw that in (left) to move it forward or out (right) to move it backwards (#3 screwdriver works best I've found). If it doesn't have a screw, there will be a metal tab under back there instead, with a screen that will most likely have a bright yellow color on it. Use a standard (flat head) screwdriver to pop the tab up, when you do this, the yellow will slide to white, this means its unlocked, without taking out the screwdiver adjust the forward pressure by sliding the heel piece either forward or backward on the track, then remove the screwdriver and push the heel piece down and either forward or backward just a little bit so it pops into place, when this is done correctly the white will go back to yellow meaning it's locked again.

If you FKS/Pivot bindings, that's a whole nother story.
