Music help.....please!!

OK so my computer recently crashed and i lost all of my music i mean all of it!! i juss redownloaded itunes and i need to get all my music off of my ipod touch and onto my computer. I have windows 7 and the 4.1.someting software on my ipod. any free software that would put my music onto my computer would be amazing and any help recieves +K!!! thanks so much and btw i searchbarred for this and nothing....the searchbar is shit ha.
