Whiplash. To sue, or not to sue?

This is what I was getting at by "sue". I want my medical bills paid, my car fixed, and compensation for missing work (I do a lot of heavy lifting and I can't do it with my neck the way it is). Him and I have the same insurance provider, so it should be fairly straightforward settling with his insurance

so if a car is making a left turn and waiting for traffic to break so it can cross...that's illegal? if a fucking moose walks in the middle of the road you have to hit it or it's illegal?...you can stop in the roadway for an obstruction of some sort. i can't believe you are this dumb.

he also clearly stated the other lane was full of cars that were backed up waiting to turn. so he couldn't move over there...WAIT maybe he can sue them since they were stopped in the road?!?!? haha wow

it is ALWAYS your responsibility as a driver to yield to vehicles in front of you. in PA you can literally SLAM on your brakes and if the car behind you hits you...it WILL be their fault. no doubt. i know it's like that in some other states as well.

however i do agree with having his insurance fix it. make sure it goes through his, that way you don't have to pay your deductible or anything.

however i still think you are mentally handicapped.

to the OP i was also rear ended by some guy going 40 while i was stopped waiting for a car to turn left. shit was nuts. didn't get hurt or anything though which was nice. well besides a ski coming up and hitting my girlfriend in the arm...don't sue just get your car paid for and move on. if the guy was a dick that's another story haha.

a car accident is called a car accident because it was a accident...... why would you sue someone over something that will go away after a while (whiplash) accidents happen

O sorry I ACCIDENTALLY didnt see that old lady crossing the street, therefore because it was an accident I shouldn't be charged with grandma slaughter. Good logic there.
