Lightning question

no im not taliking of this ! i already saw an article in whcih the man was puttiing a speedlight on both side of the lense... and i saw another man using this in a press conferecne last week.

I know english isnt your native language, but try to explain it a little more, are you talking about a lighting set up, like where to put your flashes. Or are you talking about something like this..

well im talking about a lightning set up. the man who wrote the article putted two speedlights held with straps on both sides of his 70-200. he and was trigerring them with pw'S. he claimed that i was a good way of providing good lightning and contrast the the pictures way you cannot use light and flashes everywhere like in many events.

your talking about rigging a type of ring flash. it makes it so the shadows come out better and there is even lighting.

and if you would do this with a normal 2 flashes you would by a bracket to hold two offset flashes and then use pocket wizards or some other thing to trigger them.
