Interesting school day

so today after 2nd hour me n a buddy are messin around walkin outta the gym and he pushes me into a big glass display case. The case shatters, and i jump back and look down. lo and behold theres a 2 inch gash goin from my 1st knuckle tomy 2nd knuckle on my finger. An hour and 10 stitches later, the doctor told me no skiing for a week

And i thought this season was starting off well

no skiing for one week...because of a cut in your hand? think of this, people with only one arm can ski too, so your pretty safe to ski this week trust me.

Look dude, don't listen to your doctor. You're lucky you didn't get stitches on your knee or something cause they WILL rip open if you ski on them because of the range of motion. Go ski.

lol, important notice: you don't need your hand to ski....

just go ski, you'll probably be fine, and even if you bust a stitch, scars are cool, chicks love em !

I know a guy from Ottawa that booked a month in Whistler- a full month. On the second day of skiing he broke his wrist on the glacier and went to the hospital. The result was no skiing for 5-6 weeks or something like that, but what does he do? He taped his pole in his cast and skied every fucking day for a month. It healed, and he kept skiing.

I don't think one week is sufficient I advise at least another 2 before you even try to go skiing...


Come on dude its a cut if you wanted to ski that bad you would completely ignore doctors orders.

You deserve not to ski if you're really going to listen to that because you have stitches on your hand. At least you don't snowboard, you would def have a solid chance of opening that wound again
