so im looking to marry my german gf while she is on a vacation visa, i heard that this is fraud and illegal but it seems lots of people do it, and its not so difficult as long as she does not bring a wedding dress in her bag, im in bochum, Germany as we speak visiting her, we were going to go the fiance visa route with a lawyer but it all seems so expensive, like 2500 in lawyer fees alone, does anyone have any knowledge or expierence on this subject, i understand this is probably the wrong crowd but were both super confused and frustrated on how to move forward with this.
