Fights in School

A knockdown fist-fight between two high school students on Long Island was captured on video and posted on YouTube, where it spread like wildfire through Half Hollow Hills East in Dix Hills.

As a result of that fight and the posting of the video, the school suspended nine students. Five of them were identified as bystanders to the fight.

No one was hurt in the fight, but as attorney Larry Greenberg told Fox 5 News that doesn't mean criminal charges won't be filed.

funny how a fight in wealthy long island will get media coverage, but fights in schools in Brooklyn for example. get nothing.

Wow, fuck that. I've seen fights way worse than that. They certainly deserve to be suspended (assuming it was on school campus) but to have the 5 bystanders arrested, and be featured on the news? That's pretty ridiculous.

high school fights......... we had four in one day, it started when the schools cop broke up one and his leg got snapped, so everyone just went off. some kid got curb stomped over a gibson less paul, another kid got a bat to his head.
