As a few of our customers found out, we had some problems with the shipper we were using. We are now in the process of completely redoing our entire shipping system and will have all new software/tracking/order software and shippers in the next month or so. We will continue to do everything possible to have great customer service, and with our new automated setup, things should go much more smoothly.
