Being kicked out

So me and a couple of friends were hitting a rail we set up and some douche bag guy pulled up in his truck thinking hes some kinda big shot and kicked us out because he claimed it was his property and didnt want to get sued. (this was the type of old guy who hates teenagers) We offered to sign wavers saying if we got hurt we wouldnt press charges or sue all he said was no. Any ideas ns of how to be able to ride there without him calling the cops?

Find out if its his land or not? If it's not, then just do it anyways, he can't tell you not to. If it is, then sucking it up and finding a new spot is pretty much all you can do.

Sorry man but if it's his property he has every right to do that. And seriously these days it isn't that bad of an idea. With all the lawsuits flying around these days, I can't blame anyone for being scared of some kids getting hurt on their property. you may not sue, but your parents might. The risk just outweighs the nothing reward.


Find a new spot I guess

Really? like the 1st post in here, thats really your only options and it doesn't take that much to come up with those facts. Just ignore the old guy until he phones the cops, if he does its probably his property and then you apologize to the cops and the old guy and you find a different place. If he doesn't then just keep skiing.

there arent many spots around where i live and this is about the only good place. We have asked who owns it and they said it was some dirk guy, we don't know who kicked us out and if it wasnt dirk that kicked us out that guy can suck on it cause were saying there.

So what was the point of this thread? And where exactly is this spot. From the OP it sounds like some place in the woods with a hill that's on some guys land and you brought rails there or something. If it's urban just keep moving on and come back to the spots another time

Honestly, that's just going to ruin it for the rest of us. If this sort of response becomes a common occurrence cops and people are going to make it much harder for us to hit urban and stuff. If we want to be able to keep doing this sort of thing we need to be respectful of the owners wishes. You are knowingly trespassing. Whoever owns the place has every right to kick you out. Don't bitch about it when he does.

That would just make you an asshole. If it isn't his property politely inform him that he has no right to kick you out. If it IS his property politely apologize, and explain to him what you are doing and why you are skiing on his land. Maybe you will get lucky and he will understand and let you stay. If not politely leave and search for a new spot.

ya we arent my bro wants to but i dont want to cause i dont like to make all skiiers look like complete assholes and he saw what we were doing, saw the rails and stuff. were gonna talk to him some more soon about it but chances are the new spot is somewhere in the near future.
