I have until the 10th of December, next friday, to pay a court fees/fines of $515.00 or I go to jail for 311 days. I currently have $26

How would you make the money?

you need a better lawyer then. so im not too sure on the details, he pulled you over, searched your car, found the stuff then you didnt believe him and drove off?? if he didn't identify himself you can easily get that all thrown out with a good lawyer.

Plainclothes cops must identify themselves by their badge if they're on duty. SOOOO many people with fake cop lights go around and 'search' people - especially kids - for drugs and other deals (searches). If the cop is not in uniform, and does not present his badge, he can not legitimately stop someone for a crime or cry foul when they peace out.

Ya the lights were sketchy to so it made me even more sketch, and northern Idaho had a man with a fake cop light pull a women over, then proceeded to rape and kill her. so that wasn't helping my paranoia any and my sister and her friend were in the car with me.

Honestly tho, I was a fucking retard.

Yes, your story. I mean I can see why you peaced out on the situation, but still? Most people do not run away from a cop. Just an abnormal reaction, but I guess you were in an abnormal state of mind.

To me, I just would never react the same way you did so it seems a bit crazy.
