I have until the 10th of December, next friday, to pay a court fees/fines of $515.00 or I go to jail for 311 days. I currently have $26

How would you make the money?

Honestly, if this happened to me, and I didn't have a credit card (why do you not have a credit card btw. or the cash. I would be straight on the phone to my parents. Jail is worth avoiding by any means I'd say.

Frenchy Heres the skinny on what went down: I made a thread about it over the summer but I cant find it, anyways, Weed, Dextromethorphan, getting caught by my grandmother equalled emotional break down and hyperventilation. Cops came, I gave them the weed and they gave me a ticket for possession.

Then 3 days later, still mentally unstable, I decide that the undercover cop car behind me with his light on isn't really a cop. I argue with the "Cop" dressed in his flower shirt and jeans. That Im not telling him shit and I decided to leave. So after a short little under the speed limit chase I was arrested and taken to jail for like 6 hours. Charged me with Eluding police, and Reckless Driving.

Spark Notes: Possession of Marijuana, Eluding Police and Reckless Driving gets you a years probation and $500 in fine.

I wasn't running I was just leaving ha, when I say mentally unstable I mean it. My parents were on the verge of taking me to Cottonwood Heights (thats where the crazy people go).

Ya I received suspended jail time, 311. Kinda sucks, the weed wasn't even mine, just in my car and the only reason the cop wanted to pull me over is because I was swerving back and forth and an alarming speed of 13 mph. We were waiting for a tractor in front of us.
