How to make hard and packed down?

Im trying to make the snow on my backyard setup harden and get icy just casue it isnt a very big hill and if its icy there will be less friction.

If any one has any good ideas that work please let me know

Throw some water down (not too much of course), and use road salt. The salt will melt some of the snow, and if it's cold enough it'll re-freeze into ice. The water is to make the snow more packable and dense.

wet it down a little bit and then it will freeze.

You can basically pack it like crazy but this takes awhile and a ton of snow, or you can pile up the snow in the shape you want then spray it with either a hose or watering can. make sure you totally soak it though otherwise you'll just get a hard thin crusty lair on top of the powdery snow that'll break when you ski on it

in some edits youll see people dumping water on the lip of an urban set up or taking a gulp from their water bottle and spraying the water to get an even, thin coat of water all over. this melts the snow a little bit and then refreezes quickly if its well below freezing outside. just dont put too much water on the snow or youll melt it all.
