Is there a way to send money to someone and they receive it instantly without the 3day clearance?

yeah if they accept the payment, you shouldn't have to wait 3 days i don't think.
Also you can call them and they will unhold it for you.

I think the 3 day wait is from paypal to bank account. whenever i send money, its into the others paypal account almost instantly.

do you both have verified accounts with your bank linked?

he doesnt have the money in his paypal though, hes doing an e check and wants to get it from his bank to someone else's paypal instantly

Oh, ok. if thats the case, you just need to link your account to your paypal. whenever i send money over paypal, there is usually no money in the acutal paypal account, it just takes it out of your bank account.

so yeah, you gotta link your account to your bank, and you may have to become a verified member, which takes a few days.

it probably wont help you in this particular situation because of the verification wait, but itll help ya in the future for sure.
