Eeeehhhh, it doesn't look good. Maybe take a few more pictures? Give us some side shots and stuff like that.

Ooops, sorry. From the looks of the other shot on your flickr, it seems to be pretty serious. When you flex the ski, does it bend at the point of that crack?
