Anything I can do to improve this? I went to SureFoot or something like that to have them punch out the toebox to make it bigger. Anything I can do to increase bloodflow?
This has probably been said already, but intuition liners are ridiculously warm. I thought it was bs, but they are. If it's more of a circulation problem try putting your boots on, and not buckling them for 10 minutes or so. I started doing this with my hockey skates because I buy them 3 sizes small because of my narrow foot, and your feet DO settle a bit after you put something on them. By doing this you can get a better feel for where your boot actually needs to be tighter/looser and it can get rid of some pressure points because of that. It's worked well for me.
