looks like the bindings are integrated into the plate, which in this case, means you cant take the riser off.
why do u want too anywho? just leave them on dude, if you are using these sticks this season the risers will help get some ankle and hip movement out of ur turns, they wont hinder ur skiing in anyway.
but do urself a favour, take those skis to ur local ski shop and get a tune up on the base and edges cause u wont be moving anywhere fast from the looks of the edge
