Black Ops is sweet and all but...

...with Modern Warfare 3 pretty much just around the corner (within 1.5 years?), I can't seem to take the multiplayer all that seriously. We all know it's gonna be crisp with the absolute sickest guns and graphics. You GOT to admit, Black Ops is just mediocre...good but not great. It's simply just a waiting game. Black Ops is just keeping us occupied. Know what I'm saying?

Yeah except in Halo whenever you try to kill someone they just jump up. Gun melees take two hits, and to kill someone it takes a whole clip.

Exactly, if you like to camp around and play laser tag (if you see him first you win) then play COD. If you want to play a game of skill, teamwork and strategy then get some Halo.

I play COD when I am bored and want to burn a half hour, I play Halo when I want to game...

it's all in the way you play it.

Random team death matches are just random shoot first, ask questions later madness.

If you play hardcore game modes, and do it with a group of friends, you can coordinate good attacks and actually function as a unit. COD has the potential to be excellent on multiplayer, but most people don't use it that way.

gun game and one in the chamber are so fucking fun, when i get home at like 12 i play one or two matches of it but wanna stay up all night and just play it til i have to go back to work

you dont have to. i mostly use the m14 (semi auto) with iron sights, the bolt action sniper rifle, and the crossbow

yeah thats what i do. either the m14 / iron sights or to have a real good time ill dual pistols and tomahawk people. occasionally ill run and gun with an mp5, but not often.

im amazed at the number of people that use the famas with a red dot or ak74 and then have the nerve to chirp people after the game. lulz. you're playing the game on ez-mode. grats.

Well these video games would be great and all but.....

since I turned 18 over a year ago I can just walk into a gun store in VT and buy a gun (non pistol) whenever so I figured out that shooting real guns is so much more enjoyable and satisfying.

Also, I'd rather hunt all day than sit in front of a screen, even though you're lucky to get off ~12 shots bird hunting and ~1 shot deer hunting.

yeah if i'm sucking dick i'll pull out the iced out ak47 just for shits and gigs, but usually im an m14 guy or sniper and try to do cool kills like crazy sticks and tomahawks to the dome and shit

you and my brother would be good friends.

he's applying to be in the canadian forces in april, and right now, after recently turning 18, his only interests are in target shooting, and taking the truck out for a weekend to camp and hunt.

i have no interest in it, but props to him for wanting to do something real, get out there and be active..

cod is more of a run and gun game, if you want squad based combat that is realistic there are other games out there, arma is a great one
