if you think field lax is so easy take a look at box lax. the goal is like 3 feet wide and 3 feet tall and the playing area is the same as a hockey rink

thats like saying skiing was invented by a bunch of social outcasts who like smoking pot and not bathing. Lacrosse was something they did sober, its a part of their religion, and in many cases was used as an alternative to war. Do you even play any sports? i gaurentee you every kid on my team and all my friends who play lacrosse are 100% more athletic than you will ever be.

Get your ass fucking rocked on the field by some dude and take a metal pole to your face or lap the park with friends or Hike a ridge line and get first tracks in a bowl on a blower pow day? a blind parapalegic cant play lacrosse. And i would much rather get layed out on the crease while scoring the game winner in OT against a rival than ski pow any day. Thats why lacrosse is better than skiing, on a team you have a brotherhood, skiing is a bunch of whinny bitches who run their mouth and talk shit behind each others backs.

Some intriguing debaters you guys are. I tip my hat to you. I'll be honest, I don't know jack shit about lacrosse. But from what I've witnessed, Some good shit about it is I'm sure it builds endurance and strength. Builds self confidence and self esteem from scoring a goal and in a sense, It helps your reflexes and hand-eye coordination. Same goes for skiing. You stomp a new trick, it builds your confidence. You're whizzing through trees, It helps you become better at noticing things in your surroundings.

Not completely true. Why would you compare two completely different sports, I wouldn't expect you to keep up w/ Kobayashi. Anyone who plays baseball doesn't just play baseball. They're are plenty of athletic kids that play ball and several other sports. A lot of baseball players would hang with you and most likely rape you because of sheer size. I don't know why you think baseball is for pussys. you must not have met many baseball players...

Each sport has its very hard aspects and its easy ones. Its just ignorant to say lacrosse is a sport for untalented people. When you need the speed of a track athlete, hand eye coordination and body control of a baseball player, and the size of a football player.

I'm about the same size as you and Barry Bonds with a metal pole given the chance (regardless of substance abuse) WILL RAPE YOU. The main reason why your condition is 100x harder is because they are in much tougher situations, It doesn't take much technique to lower your shoulder and level someone just good genes and hard work in the gym. You don't need the speed of a track athlete, hand eye coordination and body control of a baseball player, and the size of a football player, to play lacrosse it just benefits your performance like any other sport(mostly). It just surprises me that you would throw baseball under the bus.

you got me. almost thwarted by semi-respectful responses, what a shame. almost had the ball rolling on laxbro though, he had already gotten to the "you must suck at sports" phase. i did really play lax and other sports in high school well, just always thought lax was a bit silly and too easy to score in

but yeah i just hammed it up for a reaction.. all sports are stupid as shit, theyre just games we make up to entertain ourselves but end up getting really good at them and gaining from them in a lot of ways, and having a lot of fun

Damn you a big bitch. And to play at a high level, you do need all of those things. What people fail to realize is most D1 lacrosse players, were 3 sport athletes in HS and had D1 offers for every sport. Off the top of my head I know 5 people who play D1 lax and also had D1 basketball and football offers. I dont know any baseball player who had offers like that.

well i got a super power on my normal game stick but i got a kickass brine lax stick at good will haha. the head was super stiff and wide so i just torched it and tied the middle together and put it in the freezer for a couple hours.

When did basketball ever relate to Football and LAX it's not even a contact sport. You failed to mention Michael Jordon, went professional in both Baseball and Basketball. LAX isn't that popular at all so it would be a lot easier to break out in that sport compared to any other because you don't have nearly as much competition.
