word back in early November was that they had a container held up in customs. I think they got it in, but they are probably really backed up with orders. The shop I work for definitely hasn't gotten their order, nor has any of the staff.

Of course the day after I post that, 6 boxes from Surface showed up at my shop...

I found out today Surface had something like 500 shop forms waiting to be fulfilled, so they are starting at the earliest orders and working their way down (I don't know if that number included pro forms or not). They claimed that everything will be sent out within the next two weeks.

They're also, believe it or not, super busy fulfilling all these orders, so just be patient and your skis will come.

getting a little annoyed. i leave for big white in less than 2 weeks. They said the skis will be shipped out by Oct. 31.....

was wondering if there was a thread on this yet. but yes wondering the same. They keep on saying there going to ship it or someone will call. Nothing has shipped, no one has called.

havnt gotten mine from a warranty yet either, they keep telling me they're coming in and going out week after week. vie had a note on my door saying to leave them if im not there for 3 weeks.... haha

Yes I talked to Justin over at Surface and they had a swamp load of orders over the past couple weeks, but said he was planning on getting them sent out starting yesterday. Could take a few days though with the order load they have.

It's Causwell's number, 801-733-4195. Not sure if they can do it, but they'll be able to tell you better than I will.

i had a warranty deal as well. They said someone would call. its been a month and a half since the first time they said theyd have there skis ready to ship. so i finally called. and the guy said hell have em shipped that day. I believe it was tuesday.

why don't you just go to local retailers with surface and buy them there? or call shops with them in inventory and have them shipped from the shops?


support your local shops before buying online!

Hey Guys sorry for the craziness and lack of contact we did indeed receive containers of Surface, Causwell, And Joystick in the last two weeks I am putting in 18 hour days to get everything out, therefor I have not been able to answer all 1000+ emails and who knows how many calls!

We have finally fulfilled dealer orders and save lifes, If you have a pre-order or pro-form in we are now working through those! and then will get to anyone with a warranty!

If you NEED something pronto please call the shop at 801-733-4195 and we will get your product on the way!

Thanks for your patience and support.. Next year will be a different story!

I work at a local shop, I'm waiting on shop-form.

To those that have gotten calls, when did you place your order/warranty? I put mine in early October, no call yet...
