Twin tip skis size... did I choose the right size?

I recently ordered Surface Next Time skis at the 145cm length... did I choose the correct length?
I am a beginner but I'm progressing pretty quickly, the beginner slopes
are getting pretty easy and I've been skiing twice in my whole life.
The thing is that these are youth skis but I'm not a kid, I'm 19 haha.
I
weigh 122lbs and am 5'3 (unfortunately)... I chose 145cm because of the whole height thing and the height of it is just around my nose. And I found that a lot of the "adult" skis are too tall for me when sizing using this height method.
I was reading a post and a guy said that adults should seldom be on kids skis... but the problem is that I'm the size of a kid! Haha So just want to know will these skis workout for me even though I'm not youth?? I hope they well seeing that I already bought them!
And do I now have to get youth bindings as well? If so, do youth bindings fit Mens size boots?
Thanks for all the help!
Here are the skis:

I ride 139s sometimes, rails exclusively. And I'm 6'0''
Those are pretty short though.
That's like someone my height riding 160s.

That I way to short for you.... I'm 6' and use 181's or 185's... And to the op you should get 161 adult skis.

Def too short. I'm 5'6" and ride 170's for an everyday ski and 179's on powder days.
You should be in the neighborhood of 165.

The main issue is not the height it is that the flex of a youth ski is completely different. It will be very soft and not stable at all.
Also with twin tip skis you lost about 5cm of effective edge due to the turned up tail so really you can try to go longer. I would have gone with a 151 or maybe a bit bigger adult ski if I were you.

I'm 5'2" and i ride 150 at a minimum. My new skis are 161. The tip of the ski should fall between your chin and eyes.

Definitely should have gone 160-165 range. And to the kid who is 6 foot and skiing on 139's.......... why?

Ok, so they do sell the skis I got in a 155, so should I just exchange them for those?
Or should I just get completely different skis? I got free poles with these skis, so I'm trying to just exchange instead or return to not lose more money... since I already have to pay to ship them back.
I just figured since I'm basically the size of a child, that the flex would work for me because the skis were made for the size of a child?

go with the 155. you will be much happier and not overwhelmed by the length of the ski/wont be overpowering them cus they are too short either. As i said before, im 5'2" 128lbs

Exchange them for the 155 that ski will actually be a much better size for you.

It's probably personal preference, but I think most twins should fall between your nose and your forehead... Even longer if they're centre mounted. For example, I'm 5'7 and I got 173 punx - they're fully symmetrical and centre-mounted though, so even though they're the same height as me they'll feel fine.
All times are Eastern (-5)
