Very interesting news about information posted on wikileaks, read it now

a couple highlights:

"The minister is said to have revealed that a new, younger generation of Chinese leaders no longer regarded North Korea as a useful or reliable ally, and would not risk renewed armed conflict on the peninsula"

""Describing a generational difference in Chinese attitudes toward North Korea, Chun claimed [name redacted] believed Korea should be unified under ROK [Republic of Korea] control," she added."

"Another cable reveals that China's Vice Foreign Minister, He Yafei, told the US charge d'affaires in Beijing that North Korea was behaving like a "spoiled child" to get Washington's attention in April 2009 by carrying out missile tests."

nice stuff, hopefully something like that gets done. people in north korea deserve a better life.

on a semi-related note, wikileaks was ALL over german news yesterday. how they called the chancellor merkel "uncreative" and "too careful", and the minister for foreign affairs "aggressive, uncontrolled and uninformed" or something like that. big lulz

hopefully the founders dont die in a car accident or so.

a problem.

basically, a US intelligence officer of sorts copied some 250 000 documents of communication between US and US embassies and between other countries and US.

they're systematically releasing documents, many of them making light of how idiotic Americans in power can be. What's striking the hardest in my opinion is the instances of name-calling and the like. just google it to find examples.
