Replying to Beginner - what boots/bindings should I get?

So I'm pretty new to skiing but I'm progressing pretty quickly... I'm past renting gear so now I'm in the process of getting my own. Got Surface skis the other day... so now I'm looking into boots and bindings.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Looking into Full Tilt boots... the boots I've rented have always hurt my shins so I'm looking for comfort.
Also what would be a good all-around beginners boot in the Full Tilt line? Because they're sectioned off as Freeride, Freestyle, etc...

And as far as bindings, I have no clue...
