The 100,000 Vertical Meter Challenge Is Under Way

I made a thread a while ago, about climbing and skiing 100,000 vertical meters this coming winter. Now that winter has officially started, i feel motivated to go out there and ski every day until the challange has been completed.
Winter 2010/2011 started on the 13th of this month, with a couple of pre-season days, until the season started on the 27th. Over the last couple of days, i haven't really been able to get any were because the roads have been bad. Tommorow i'm going to take a chance and see if i can get skiing, them maybe try and get some more vertical to add to the challage on thursday.
Total Vertica Since November 13th: 881 Meters.

Do you have to hike or using lifts is allowed?
Caus' I could do 100'000 in about a week here in Switzerland.

Thats pretty gnar some dude got sponsored by just doing that last year by BD. Im goin for 500k ft this winter.

It's all self powerd by skinning. I'm keeping track of the progress with a watch and writing down the vertical as a back-up, just in case something gose wrong.

well my hill is 50meters, and i ski about 50 runs a day, which makes it 2500 meters a day, and ive skied 8 days this year so its already 20k.. but yeah if your hiking it, thats crazy, good luck!
