ITunes music: PC to Mac

I currently have a Dell Inspiron 1525 laptop (I think), and I bought a MacBook which should be here in a few days. Does anyone know a fairly simple way of transitioning my iTunes stuff (music and movies if possible) from the PC to the Mac? I don't have an external harddrive and the only flash drive I have is 2 gigs. I'd prefer to not use discs.

External harddrive, i know you don't have one, but its the easiest.

if you look on the apple website, they have a tutorial on how to use your ipod to transfer music from one computer to another. look around, i'm too tired to post the link

i just looked and it has stuff for using an ipod but no iphone, which is what i have. i also googled it and found nothing involving iphones. i just don't wanna have to buy an external harddrive/re-download everything onto the mac :/

You can't use iphones/itouches as a hard drive.
