Gift ideas for girls!?

As the holidays are quickly aproaching it has dawned on me that I need to get my girlfriend a present...I wanna get her a handbag/purse thingy and fill it with random stuff she would like...but I dont know where to get her a purse I've checked out forever21 but they all look gay...if any one could help that wud be much appreciated, or if anyone knows any websites that have cool little gifts girls wud like, send em my way.....this thread may or may not be sketchy considering she has a ns...but she hasnt been on since november so I think I'm chillin:)

If you can't find that, definitely check out Vera Bradley. My sister flips the fuck out over that shit for some reason, and it ain't too expensive.

Like anything. You can get a cute purse at a TJMaxx, Ross or Marshalls (They are like discounted stores) for half the price. Any necklace, earrings or rings are good too. She makes cute stuff that isn't too weird. I dunno your girls style but for sure stick with something cute.

If you're really asking, I got my girlfriend of 9 months a tiffany necklace for like 150 bucks. I took her out to this place called the melting pot, its fancy but fun as well. SO basically some type of jewelry and dinner. and then you're in.. literally. hope i helped. just get her somethin nice or somethin that has to do with what she likes to do. like getting a skier a pair of goggles or gloves. doesnt have to be expensive.

I'm not going to lie, you shouldn't even risk getting her a purse.Honestly girls can be picky about those things, and It would be shitty to spend money on one if she didn't like it. You should get her like a nice bottle of champagne and a lift ticket to ride somewhere- buy something that you can both do together- unless she's not really that kind of girl. Just a suggestion.

If you've been with your gf for a considerable time you should be able to figure it out yourself...

i would never buy mine a purse tough, what i usually get is some jewelry, she's just mad for this new-age jewelry, necklaces and earrings with minerals in it...

that or she has this one store she loves shopping in, i usually throw in a 25$ gift certificate for her, it makes her day :)


however for the holidays i think i'm gonna get her a Dakine Helipro DLX to replace her old one :)

The best present I ever gave a girl was a custom bracelet with matching earrings and necklace. Then I put it in two small boxes so they wouldn't shake around, put in the two books she had talked about all year as presents, then I stuffed it all into Phillips clothing iron box:

I doublewrapped it, but I left a small tear in the wrapping so she could positively see it was a fucking clothing iron. I also told her it would make her really happy and last her a long time. I gave it three days before Christmas and she told me she was fucking furious during the time. When she finally opened it with her family, they were all upset: "What was he thinking?"

Needless to say she was genuinely surprised and happy.

Whatever you do, buy something original, or if that's no option MAKE the gift yours.

it's not that I dont know what to get her, I just am trying to find a website that has stuff she would like, because like I said forever21 is the only one i really knew and I looked at all the handbags and shit, and they just looked really really gay

All her friends told me not to get her a handbag thing because she's really picky haha...but I am confident I can find something......thanks for the advice tho!...I'm teaching her to ski on wednsday , and if all goes well I know the perfect gift I can get her if i cant find a purse

There is always THIS too if she's been your girl for a while - get a super cheap purse from Forever21 or Urban Outfitters somewhere and stick this little signature blue box in it with a nice silver bracelet w/ a snowflake charm. That's going to be a very expensive gift tho with the charm and the bracelet, but if you've been with your lady for a while, I'd say it's a good choice.


Dunno if you have a lot of money or not, but also Ugg Coquette slippers are amazing, you can wear them outside and after skiing, and damn, are they nice/comfy/warm. I used to bash UGGs constantly, then I tried some on, then my sister bought me these to wear after skiing and such, now I wear mine all the time in the winter and they're like pillows for my feet after skiing all day/doing archaeology/anything really. You could stick them in said purse. If purse was around $20, the slippers are around $80.


If you're kinda broke get a purse from Forever21 and then put ski stuff in it, like "The Way I See It", some wax for her skis, maybe a pair of Smartwool socks, maybe some lip stuff with high SPF, lots of nice things that she'll like that aren't too expensive that she can use. Useful things are just as nice as pretty shiny things that sparkle.

good info in here...shopping for women can be really difficult sometimes...especially when you're mad selfish and only think about the things you want

if I'm trying to impress a girl with a gift I usually do something small and then do the whole cook dinner/bottle of wine thing... works great for mom/sister/gf

My room mate got his girlfriend (5 months) a 14 karat white gold pendant. Spent $150 on it. I slapped him across the face.
I'm sorry, for me (especially since neither of us have no job and are in college), I wouldn't spend that much on a girl for a gift. Unless I was married or something. It's just crazy.

yo go to a zales. (jewelry store) and up til december 8th they have a sail on this silve necklace that has a nice thing that looks like a breast cancer ish symbol with 4 diamonds in it for 20 dollars. no joke. its preodrder and you pick it up anytime after the 8th and retail for it is like 120
