Tripod with a removable head? I need you!

I just made a nice DIY slider to be mounted on a tripod, but I don't want to have to dril my nice tripod in there, so i'm just looking for something that is slightly heavy duty (enough to manage my HV30 w/ about 1.5 ft to the side because of the slider) and is cheap.... hopefully only close to $40... but the problem is, websites lack to say if their tripods have removable heads. I could really use some help finding one that fits that criteria, thank you all.

Ya, i've kinda looked up and down of bhphotovideo and haven't found much. the other bad thing is i also need a head so that ups the price. thank you lots, lets see if there's anything else

i dont have much experience with tripods, but the consensus seems to be dont cheap out on your tripod
